Visited the IT fair ytd with dad mum bro, and dad bought me a lappy. Decided on one within 5mins. Super fast. Then headed to level 6 and he got me an external hard disk too. Spent so much ytd omg xie xie 老爸! ♥♥

After watching lvp ytd night, many memories came back to me. How we used to watch soccer tgt. We were always singing You'll never walk alone, laughing about the fouls and getting all nervous about the very close scores. I realized, on the surface nothing seems to have changed. But in reality, many things are just not the same anymore. Probably we both know. Probably we just hoped it was only our imaginations.

Celebrated my 18th bout 2 weeks ago. Too busy to update, but am thankful to everyone who wished me. ;) Esp my fam, buddies, cg mates and friends. Thankz so much!

Just to mention, i kena water attack the day before my bday and on my bday! And cake and tom yum soup smash on my face. Wth haha! And sprained my palm/thumb area on my bday after the water attack. So eventful.

Few days before my bday the whole fam went for a simple dinner cele @ tamp 800+ :-) On my bday went katong with mum sis bro for teoheng, and walked around everywhere. Had katong laksa and nice nasi lemak. And walk walk around parkway! Then homed for cake with dad and xb ^^

Got really lovely bday cards and prezzies and a GIANT CARD and pink balloon by 11s401 aww.

I devoted my love, my life to basketball. It has given me most of the greatest things in my life: happiness, the originals, the impartiality, the 2 best coaches, a great teacher ic ang jiejie, awesome team mates, great friends and unforgettable memories.

Today during pe, my ankle pain acted up again. And i asked myself, if it was all worth it. Of course, basketball's brought to me great things, but it has also given me disappointments, doubts, regrets, fear, etc and of them all, injuries. A lifetime of injuries and pain.

Even so, it's still worth it. All the joy, all the happiness, all the memories.

Today i was reminded of the 2 songs someone sent me. It was the first time i've heard them and it was also the first time i cried, just by listening to music. At that point of time, i'd experienced the darkest moments of my life. And everyday, it's like as if i'm struggling to live. But the songs managed to save me. ‘Try’, and ‘I'll stand by you’.

So to me, nothing can probably make me feel worse than that. I'm glad i survived and i believe everyday is a gift! Tmr will be good again. :-)

Ranting post!

You know................. Today then i realized, like really realized how much i dread playing table tennis. It's like i'm just an amateur and i'm pairing up with jess for doubles this year? And coach told me i can't escape so don't even try, cus i'll be playing in the tournaments.

If i'm playing on a recreational basis, i still don't mind. But my doubles partner is actually an experienced player, at least 3~4 years of experience. And after today's match, i found out something. When someone says “Good ball!” to me, i don't even know how i did it. It's like i'm just trying my luck. And it's due to luck that i've managed to hit nice strokes.

Plus it's not like we're not gonna have any dsa players coming in mjc! I mean of course they would've the ability to replace me for the doubles.

Wah fuck i so naggy. But even so, i love my pingpong team! Not including fei jiao lian.......... He really fucking irritating!

Today's the 2nd day of a new year and we received a piece of very bad news. Goldie's dead :"( She'd been dead for 3 weeks.

She was stepped/kicked by someone so her bladder burst, which caused internal bleeding. No wonder we haven't seen her for SO LONG. The auntie who feeds cats at the void decks everyday told us about it and even showed us pix of goldie's at the vet. Her face was covered in blood. When she was finally seen she was already in blood. @ the 2nd storey of our block.

The auntie also said recently cats at our area began to go missing and some even died. Somebody witnessed a man — a chinese man who was believed to be a psycho, beat the cats with a wooden stick but did not stop him. So it's believed that all the missing cats were beaten by him and thus they went into hiding cus of their injuries. I believe goldie was badly injured too so she hid for 3 days until she was finally found on day 4. But it was too late. After all the medicine and stuff she still passed on.

Rest in peace goldie, you've been a well-behaved and a really cute cat. Cus you look like garfield. When you were sick we brought food to you but didn't know you would die so painfully.

Anyway, my fam also hope nothing bad will happen to blackie and mango. And hope the psycho will be caught since the auntie made police report already. Goldie so cute you also bear to step on/kick/beat her. You deserve to die!!

In 2011 i guess i've changed alot. To think i actually managed to pick myself up from the crazy mess that i was in, all on my fucking own. And i had to pretend like nth's happened. I had to come to terms with the fact that some things just can never be salvaged anymore. I had to deal with the deep pile of shit emotions that i'd left behind before my o levels. I had to trust myself to overcome that fucking voice in my head. Many many more.

But luckily and unluckily, 2011's been a crazily busy year. And i was lucky to have met nice people in jc. I'm happy my friends and i were all promoted to j2. I guess i'm now free from those shit emotions. And it helped that there're no more episodes in the fam.

Thinking back. Probably 2010's xmas wouldn't have been that bad. If my friends were like them. And if she, a mum-like figure, hadn't give up on me.

Met png rh peh today and went ecp! :-) Peh baked lemon cake for us, nice leh! She maybe baking some other cake for us tmr hahaha.

Anw it was madness. Everything @ ecp. Cycle whoop. Rh and peh rollerblade when they didn't know how to?! I wanted too leh but give up. Haha and png wanted to bring us to this ‘bridge’ place. But png and i cycled there first. IN THE RAIN! Sadly, rh and peh didn't make it there HAHA. We were damn 狼狈 and became 落汤鸡 hahaha.

Ytd's op was pretty okay for everyone! YAYz. And eug came even though he was having fever! (Y) After everything ended, the xiang ahs + me went 401's house lol. We cooked our lunch haha fucking funny.

超累的. The xiangahs 401 and me all can't play pool so it was damn funny when we played. And we took damn long to complete one game haha! BUT i know how to play now thanks to weilong! He suddenly so nice. Buffet was funny too. Samuel forever alone! HAHA and serene's parents were so nice to book the hotel rooms for us, too bad we didn't stay over. Too bad sia waielf only joined us for buffet.
